Our countryside setting feels peaceful and private, yet remains easily accessible for guests traveling in. We’re approximately 39 minutes from Downtown Greenville, 44 minutes from Spartanburg, and about 58 mins from Asheville, Nc.
The Manor at Willowcreek is a private estate wedding venue set in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Landrum, South Carolina. Our property blends European-inspired architecture, natural landscapes, and thoughtfully restored spaces to create a setting that feels both elegant and welcoming.
Willowcreek is ideal for couples seeking a romantic countryside venue with the flexibility to host ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all on site, along with on-site accommodations. The experience is intimate, immersive, and designed for couples who value timeless beauty, meaningful moments, and a relaxed yet refined celebration.
Yes! Willowcreek is designed to host both your ceremony and reception on site, giving you flexibility and flow throughout your wedding day.
We allow for 125 people at our venue at this time. As we expand we will be able to accommodate more. Follow along on social media to see our latest updates.
Yes. In addition to weddings, The Manor at Willowcreek also hosts select corporate and private events. Our property is well suited for retreats, celebrations, and gatherings that value privacy, natural beauty, and a refined setting.
Due to the presence of waterfall and water features throughout the property, we do not host children’s events at this time. However, children are welcome to attend events held on property as guests, provided they are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The closest airport to The Manor at Willowcreek is Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP), located approximately 30 minutes away. GSP offers direct flights to many major U.S. cities and is the most convenient option for out-of-town wedding guests.
Additional nearby airports include Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), about 45 minutes away, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), approximately 1.5 hours away, providing expanded flight options for destination weddings.

Rehearsals will be the Thursday before your wedding for 1 hour. If there is more than one wedding that weekend they will be scheduled at different times. The Venue Coordinator will assist with this.
A Rehearsal Dinner is an add on item for most packages. It can be included in the Weekend packages. We have several available location options for your Rehearsal Dinner if you so choose.
Most couples have approximately 10–12 hours of venue access on their wedding day, typically between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Exact access hours depend on the wedding package selected.
Setup, event timing, and tear-down are customized to each couple and coordinated in advance with your venue coordinator, who helps create a personalized timeline that supports both your vision and the smooth operation of the venue.
Rehearsals take place on Thursday during the week of your wedding. For select packages, venue access may extend beyond the wedding day and span multiple days. Multi-day access and extended hours are discussed during planning and are subject to availability and venue policies, including our 10:00 PM noise ordinance.
No we do not at this time. We do offer a small prep kitchen for caterers to work out of.
You may use anything biodegradable, such as; bird seed, dried flowers, bubbles, sparklers. You may not use confetti or synthetic flowers or rice. Sparklers and fountains are allowed with pre-approval. Also the foam glow sticks or wands.
At The Manor at Willowcreek, we thoughtfully plan for weather to ensure your day runs smoothly. If rain or heavy rain would impact your event, Willowcreek will determine the most suitable backup option based on your event, guest count, and overall safety.
This may include hosting your event inside the Manor, which offers a beautiful but more intimate indoor setting, or arranging a weather tent when appropriate. Tents are only installed when rain is expected and are not set up preemptively. You may add a tent onto your event to guarantee style and size as an add on.
Additional indoor spaces on the property are currently under restoration and are not currently included as weather backup options at this time. Your venue coordinator will review weather planning with you in advance so expectations are clear and you feel supported, regardless of the forecast.
At Willowcreek, an all-inclusive wedding means the essential elements of your wedding day are thoughtfully handled for you. Our packages are designed to reduce stress, streamline planning, and create a cohesive experience—while still allowing room for personalization.

We offer a thoughtfully curated list of preferred catering partners who work closely with our team and know the flow of The Manor at Willowcreek well. These caterers have created custom menu options exclusively for Willowcreek couples, making the planning process seamless while maintaining an elevated guest experience.
To add flexibility, we include a $30 per guest catering credit built into our all-inclusive offering. This allows couples to select from our recommended menus without handling separate credits or reimbursements.
Couples may also choose to bring in an outside caterer, provided they are approved in advance to ensure they meet our service, staffing, and logistical standards for the property.
Yes. Select packages include custom florals, décor elements, and cake, curated to complement your wedding style. Details are finalized during the planning process.
You’ll work with a Willowcreek venue coordinator who helps guide the planning process, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
You will need to book hair and makeup. You will also need to arrange for Alcohol by State Law, Any additional Decor, Photographer, Videographer, and Shuttle Bus if you so desire. We can help recommend or arrange many of these.
Yes. We encourage it. Couples are welcome to work with an outside wedding planner of their choice. Many couples choose to do so for additional design guidance, day of coordination, or full-service planning support.
Willowcreek also provides a venue coordinator as part of our all-inclusive experience. Your venue coordinator focuses on the property, timeline flow, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you choose to use a wedding planner they will work with our team collaboratively to create a seamless, well-orchestrated wedding day.
Yes. Many couples choose to add enhancements such as extended hours, additional décor, specialty rentals, or guest experience upgrades.
If your event is 8+ months out, you'll need to place a 25% down payment of your chosen package with another 25% due at the 8-month mark. If your event is less than 8-months out, you'll place a 50% down payment. Your final payment is due 60 days before your event. Please remember that all payments are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event. We reserve the right to cancel your event if we don't receive your payment by your due dates.
We are more than happy to arrange a personalized payment plan.
All payments made to The Manor at Willowcreek are non-refundable. Once a date is reserved, we remove it from availability and begin allocating resources, staffing, and planning specifically for your event.
Because unforeseen circumstances can arise, we strongly encourage couples to obtain event insurance within 15 days of signing the contract. Event insurance can help protect your investment in the event of cancellations, postponements, or other covered situations outside of your control.
The Manor can comfortably sleep 16.
We do! We can actually accommodate 40+ guests on property. It does depend on availability. Inquire if you would like to know more.
For those staying on property, check-in is at 5:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We do offer a late check out add on on if available.
There is a two night minimum required to stay overnight in the Manor. If you want to extend the experience by booking extra nights we encourage that and many people do to explore or spend time with their loved ones.
As part of your all-inclusive wedding package, you are responsible for the reservation and payment for all our on-site accommodations. Any payments from your guests will have to be arranged directly with you.
While we prefer using vendors we know and can vouch for, if there is a vendor that is important to you we also want to know them. Any outside vendor must be pre-approved by Willowcreek, insured, and agree to our quality standards.
According to state law we can not provide the alcohol. We do not have a corkage fee. We think it's stupid.
We do have a noise ordinance. Keep noise levels within reasonable limits, especially during evening hours, to respect local noise regulations. All loud music must be turned off at 10pm
Yes we do, but they must be protected and secured with something like a hurricane lantern. If there is a fire restriction that would restrict their usage then they would not be allowed. Our decor closet includes flameless candles if this was to occur.
Our Property is mostly accessible and great for guests that have mobility issues. Our property is mostly flat and the entire first main section of the house can be easily accessible. The Manor does not facilitate and overnight stay for those with accessible needs but we have other accommodations available that will. Inquire to learn more.
