Your proposal gives you a package range based on your date, guest count, venue access, and selected experience. After booking, we walk through the planning and design details together so we can shape the wedding around your priorities.
That means your included foundation is clear, but your final design choices may vary depending on whether you keep the package simple or add upgrades.

VISIT THE VENUE
We offer private tours so couples can experience the property, explore the spaces, and ask questions before moving forward. Once your date is reserved, we continue to welcome you back for scheduled venue visits throughout the planning process, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Engagement Photos
Once your date is reserved, we invite you to schedule a venue visit with your photographer and take engagement photos throughout The Manor at Willowcreek. There is no additional fee for this experience—just a quiet moment to enjoy the property and mark the beginning of your celebration here.
Meaningful Details, Made Simple
Our decor closet is available to all booked couples and includes a selection of thoughtfully chosen pieces to complement your day, at no extra charge. Additional upgraded decor items are also available for rent for couples seeking a more personalized or elevated design.
1 Hour Rehearsal
Your ceremony rehearsal can take place on the Thursday prior to your wedding day and will be scheduled in advance by our team. A rehearsal dinner may also be hosted on the property as an optional add-on, offering a relaxed way to begin the weekend.
